The ideal candidate will have:

 

--At least four years of experience in mergers and acquisitions, private equity and/or other corporate transactions in Hong Kong or the U.S.

 

--Admission to practice law to a U.S. state bar.


--Fluency in Korean and English; Chinese (Cantonese and/or Mandarin) language abilities would be advantageous but are not essential.
